Christmas Fishing Gear
Well in a attempt to expand my arsenal of Rods & Reels when my dear Bride asked me what I wanted for Christmas .
I replied a new Rod is always a good thing to that she said "You've got a bunch of them now " Felt like the kid in
A Christmas Story when he gets told "You'll shoot your eye out" So it looks like no fishing joy under my tree this year .
Probably Socks again....Anyone wishing for something from Santa this year
If you are going to fight, fight like you are the third monkey on the ramp to Noah's ark and brother, it's starting to rain!

Need some Whopper Ploppers but just hate to fork out that kind of money for 1 lure.

just order your own and slip em under tree from santa. I ordered 3 of the Okuma V Series reels that are on sale through field and stream, they had a $25 off of $100 order, so I 1 reel for $10 instead off $34. free shipping also.

Grandchildren are great , My Step Granddaughter just made us Great Grandparents (l'm still wrestling with that) They were able to spend Thanksgiving with all of us But not Christmas her husband is in the Coast Guard and not even a year in so he had no standing in getting leave at Christmas , With my years in the Army I know how it work's , maybe next year if he's not in school somewhere .

I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
