Call for GSPark Volunteers...
From GSPark FB page:
We need volunteers to help us spread our recycled Christmas trees along the beach! We received many donated trees this year, thank you to everyone that took the time to bring yours down to us! Now it’s time to put them out on the beach and let nature get to work. Once the trees are placed on the beach, they’ll accumulate sand and help our dunes continue to grow.
Come volunteer with us on Monday, February 3rd at 8:30 AM. Meet our Park staff at one of two locations: Cotton Bayou access or Romar Beach access. Bring a pair of gloves along! Please call the Nature Center at Gulf State Park if you have any questions.

David did they not say anything about actually putting trees out east and west of the pier? They had posted earlier about dropping them off by the dumpsters at the pier parking lot. If we are down gonna try to come out and help. Supposed to get our painter back to the house next week.
I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
