Thread: Berkley Gulp Alive

I saw a comment on the web site about a bargain sale on this product. I went to their web site clearance section and bought six containers of their product at very good prices. Since I have used the product before I knew it worked. The experience has turned into a pain in the butt however. I was charged a total of four times for the one order on my credit card. It took multiple calls to Berkley and followup promises made that were not kept to finally get that resolved. It took two weeks plus to get the order. I have filled out two $10 rebate forms that this order was eligible to meet and mailed them in but the comments say allow 12 weeks for delivery. I have had so many failed commitments from Berkley that I will be surprised if the rebates ever show up. They have a good product but MAJOR customer service problems.

That's disappointing to hear. I sent a rebate off a few weeks ago. I hope I get mine back!

surprise! I just received a couple of nice t shirts in the mail from Berkley. The woman I spoke with told me she was shipping them as an apology for the service problems I had.
