Bama Beach Bum
I happened across this guy's videos on YouTube. He shows some interesting stuff on fishing the GS area. Do any of the locals here know him or your thoughts on his work, I find his videos to be an enjoyable supplement until we can get back down.

I know Pier #r was in one of his videos. I'm planning to hire him during my trip down in September and take the kids with me. Seems like a stand-up dude.

On my last trip down I made some new friends on the pier. They hired Bama Beach Bum for a surf fishing trip out by Fort Morgan. They were very pleased. They spoke very highly of the young man and highly recommended him. They ensured me that they would be repeat customers!

I fished with the Bum, Matt Isbell, in May. I can attest that Matt is a standup guy, knows his stuff, and is well worth his fee for a trip. We caught a limit each of pompano plus numerous rays, and some other stuff. He taught me enough on that trip that I am now comfortable fishing the surf without a guide and I actually catch something!!

Matt should have been featured in the summer 2018 edition of Outdoor Life where 6 "beach bums" where showcased about giving up their jobs and start fishing full time, a dream job for many of us. He is very knowledgeable and a great guy to talk to.
I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
