Thread: August Rental

Hi guys,
Came to Gulf Shores last June and was hooked on it (pun intended). I met so many great people down there that we are coming back this August (8-15). We've gone from 7 people to 13 now and I am curious if any of you know about any rentals in the area that are 5+ bedrooms and wont break the bank. Right now I have to 2 Gulf State Park cabins reserved but would love to find a house to rent....

that is for some when school starts back in or right after it .....starting off season rates for a lot of rentals
I could suffer with that, but not for the price

just got an email today from a place we have rented through before.....have to inquire for a $ quote

Definately not that big... I have the cabins for about 3200 for the week. So probably at most 3500.

The VRBO search functions can be tweaked for maximum, minimum number, price, etc.

Sunchase, Sunrise Village, Sundial, Gulf Village, are beach side and you can get 3 2br condos for around $1100 each. Gulf Shores Surf and Raquet, and Compass Point are across the street from the beach on Little Lagoon with similar rates. And then there is this 6br Gulf Front 6 Bedroom Condo with Pool!! $49... - VRBO

You might try Reed Realty I havent used them but the neighbor of the place we stayed last summer usesing to rent his house out.

David , you are mistaken , Don't know how you photo shopped my summer house ,but I do not rent it . Also FYI only sleeps 12 .

I also stayed at the Sea Oats condos a couple of years ago. On the Lagoon just west of Lagoon Pass with a good, lighted fishing pier and boat ramp. Easy walking beach access also.
