I received the same PM today at approx 0430am.
I hit report for Ad Spam and possible hacked account.
IIRC, the guy had maybe one post back in 2013 when he registered.Ragnar Benson:

That account was obviously hacked, he hasn't replied to my emails, so that account no longer exists.
I would not click on the link in that message!
