Approve it. It keeps state park generated revenues in the state park system vs. being dumped into the general fund.
There is lot misinformation out there that is will allow "privatization" of parks. That is BS. It allows for concessions at all parks, and in no way allows privatization. Concessions are a completely different, no comparison to privatization. With concessions Parks retain control. Also privatization is almost impossible (and incredibly costly )due to reversion clauses in the deeds for almost all the park lands.

Amendment 2 is easy. I'm voting Yes. These safeguards have been needed for way too long.
