Best Butcher in the area...
Looking for the best place to get some groceries without gills. Any recommendations on a local butcher shop?

I have had good luck with red meat and seafood at Rouse's at Hwy 59 and Ft. Morgan Rd. and also Publix has good meat. There is also a meat market in OB, but haven't tried it. Other than that you can check in Robertsdale. John G gets the annual picnic meat in Robertsdale and it is great.
Hope this helps.

I'll have to go to Rouse's. Super close to the cabins at GSP where I'll be staying. Also I find it very cool that you can get sheepshead or drum fillets there (I have never seen either up here!).
I've got a new, never used, large 36" pier fishing net for sale with 30' heavy duty rope. Looking to get just $38 and no extra tax! Msg me if you want pics.
