20 BP Restore Fund Projects Approved

This is all RESTORE Bucket 1 or 3 funds, AL council projects.

I have no idea.
It all sounds like a stupid bureaucratic shell game to me.
I mean what does Chickasaw getting a new sewer system have to do with impacts from the oil spill?
