Thread: 10 point killed across the canal from J&M???

Has anyone heard of a monster 10 point killed across the canal from J&M's? There is a pic circulating through some other forums and folks are saying this is where he came from...

Don't know if its true or not, but, it very well could be.

that pic has made its rounds already, heard it came from the island behind the warf,fort morgan road,co rd 4 and many other places noone will ever know the answer

plus there are no big deer across the canal from j&m !!!!!!!

ChiChi,did you see the 200 and something pound 9pt Steve Underwood killed across the canal from the store?It's much better than that short tine,spindly racked deer in the pic above...

I have seen a lot of deer from many different places and I have seen big deer where some would least expect them to be, so to say that a given area doesn't have deer that size is a stretch. However, when I first saw this picture I noticed this deer's large bulbous nose and immediately thought that it was a South Texas buck. That is not to say that it was killed in there, but I would almost be willing to bet good money that its lineage is from there.
