Travel Rod
I hunt in Victoria, TX several times a year. This is a very short drive from Port O' Connor.
So here is the question, I need a spinning travel rod that will fit in my luggage.
Any and all suggestions appreciated.
Leaving to hunt in 3 weeks.

Re: Travel Rod
If your looking for something light to be used for freshwater,I have know idea. But if it is to be used for inshore or on the pier for flounder, spanish or bait, the Shakespeare Ugly Stick SPL110460 is a great rod. It's 6',four 18'' sections,6 to 15lb line, stores in a 22" plastic tube,is tough and has the same action like all other US's, and best of all sells for under $40.We sell a lot of them and never had one returned due to breakage.

Chuck,I'm so sorry we screwed your order up. Tom is taking care of it. Please don't think this is how J&M conducts business.

Re: Travel Rod
John,
Don't give it a second thought.
Been in the air all day today, Tom did call and left a voice mail, I will call him Tuesday.
Thanks again,
Chuck
I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
