Thread: pictures of your rod finish setups

making one or 2 (a double) and sure would like some ideas of your rod builders finish racks for putting on and drying the flex coat ....I have seen J&M's but nothing to extreme like there's ....the rods are 2 piece so nothing too long this time around(preparing for the future trips when 9ft rods is no longer a option for the trip(although I have put them on the roof rack in the past)

I have a couple repair rods that I did and wanted to finish the whole rod and not just the repair area, plus I am making a small gaff out of a butt end of a rod that I want to finish also

I just use a rod dryer out of Mudhole, about $40.00. It does the job. If you want to wait until I get down there, I can bring it along and help you with the refinishing of you rod. The Flyguy

thanks for the offer, but it needs done before I get there.....I am not local, and playing around with this since my lessons at J&M last fall
I have ideas already but looking for other options, I have seen a few on you tube....cheap is my middle name and like making things my self
