I have oft time stated that a day fishing with a sparkplug is still better than a day working.
That being said and having read the pitiful fishing reports of late, really all spring, I figured
I would spend a little time in the shop and try my hand at "lure building". The crazy thing it us usable
and it doesn't look that bad!!!

I grew up 30 min from Cedar Point (Ohio----Lake Erie). One block, a 2 minute walk, from the "North Coast" of America.
Spanish, bluefish,ladyfish they would all eat it. I will fish it if you don't want to.
That's probably the only thing Champion sparks are good for!
Agree with Monk. I actually used a kitchen spoon once. Drilled 2 holes, attached a treble and leader, and hooked a Ladyfish.
I bet you can cast it a quarter of a mile without a tail wind.

Haywire, I do believe that it's casting range would be just about equal to a bubble float filled exactly 1/2 full with Kentucky Bourbon!
How do you save enough good Kentucky bourbon to half fill a bubble rig? If you do, how long do you have to leave it in there before you use it as God intended?
