New rod build
Finally finished it. The skin is from a 51" western diamondback rattlesnake out of Kansas City(had to wait on him to finish the tanning process). I opted not to buy the skin from mudhole because it's crap. The blank is an MHX 843 7' medium power/fast action in satin black finish. Guides are minimas. This thing is super light weight and should make Spanish/trout, etc fishing really enjoyable. Perfectly balanced and ready to fish. Paired with a Quantum smokePT 3000.
it was about time I got myself a genuine SNAKE rod.
