    drag on the 706 sticky

replaced the washers and now it is sticky ....all is in the right order and had to flenten the top one due to not being fully on prior to me owning it
might have been this way before ....the white thrust washers seem thin and maybe dragging there?....I did put another one in from another reel and it didn't seem to help....Ideas please
The top of the shaft seem to come through the spool slightly too far??? versus other 700 style reels

make sure they are stacked right, and make sure that your teflon washer under the spool is still in good shape
I figure it this way, if everyone in the world had a lie clock, whose hands moved once every time they lied. You could use any politicians lie clock as a ceiling fan.

got it a little better, but still not like my others...put a new teflon washer under it and didn't make a difference.... so....I'll bring it and if problems I'll have spare reels, till I figure it out or J&M

is it the drag? or is the spool rubbing against the rotor cup? that could be a number of things

put on a gold spool and worked fine....so it is the spool or parts inside that are installed in the right order.....I will get a pack for the inside and replace everything instead of just the HT 100 washers
