DIY fish trophies- Skull or skeleton in shadowbox
Does anyone do anything beside take photos to remember fish that they catch?

99.9% of the time I take a pic of "trophy" fish and let them go. If I decide to do a mount I'll get a replica. Artists now can make it look exactly like the picture you send them.

I do like striper on the half shell, grilled to a nice char on the scale side... Wonder if that would work for Spanish?

It does work for Spanish too, you just don't cook it as long.

Lol. The shadow box comes after the dinner plate.
I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
