Hey Guys, Sorry if you have tried to get ahold of me and not been able to through here. I've just been busy repairing reels. The painting has been tough this year due to the weather. Conditions have to be right or it does not turn out. I usually paint during the fall and winter months when the humidity is not to bad but temps and rainy days have slowed me down. I'll try to get on more often and will contact those who have PM'ed me.

I'll vouch for the Doc too.
I found a rod/reel wedged in the jetty at Dauphin Island, the rod was toast and the Penn Spinfisher 8500SS was pretty rough looking.
Opened the reel and found it to be very salvageable, gave it to Doc and he returned it looking and working awesome.

You won't go wrong letting the_reel_doc, Larry, work on your reel. He's done a reel for me and did a great job. He did much more to it than I expected. Great work, great rates, and an even better guy.
I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
