    clear coat for dura-coat question

recently had a 706 dura-coated....the finish is matte, a little dull. i wonder if i can spray a clear coat on top of it and if so what is the best kind and method? any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

Re: clear coat for dura-coat question

Hmmmm.... you might try to pm reel doc, he does a lot of that type of thing. The problem with sprays is they all tend to flake fairly quickly. I'm going to try doing a 302 soon and see how it comes out using auto paint and an airbrush.
