    706z Bearing Removal

My 706z bearing is catching on occasion and I would like to replace it. I took the assembly off the arm, but could not figure out how the bearing comes out of there. How do you get that assembly apart? I know there must be an easy way, but I thought I'd throw this out before I end up tearing something up. I do already have the bearing. Thanks in advance for the help.

This might be a reach but I would try youtube, have not had a subject yet that there was not a relevant video available for.

Leaving the assembly off the bail put the nut back on the threads to keep from damaging them. Get a pair of pliers or if you have a vice(works better) spread either enough to clear the bearing cap (103-706) but leaving the edges of the roller on there and gently tap on the nut (36-706). Should all come out pretty easy UNLESS the bearing has corroded to roller and breaks apart when you tap it out. In this case, it will probably be easier to get a new roller than try to get the remainder of the bearing out. I've got plenty of rollers if you need one.
