    Vintage Penn 706's

    I have several vintage Penn 706's that have never seen line for sale. They have original boxs and recently serviced by Ron Trine. Make a Great Xmas present. $265.00 your pick. Also vintage 704's with manuals {never fished for $165.00

    Yep cheesegrits you can get a brand new new version about 8 bucks cheaper. Collectors don't want new. These are old school from the 70's and try to find one brand new.For someone that wants a like I said vintage at $225.00. Havn't seen one go new at that price in years. Not For Everyone

    Wrong!

    The green Penn Spinfishers were discontinued in the middle 1970s,
    though quite a few remained on store shelves until the late 1970s when the black Penn Spinfisher Z series was released.

    And the gold spool was even later after the black spools kept exploding under extreme pressure from big fish.

    Respectfully Monk, I bought them and they were from the late 70's. You're right the black spool came first and have a couple of those new in a box as well.Bottom line if you want a new older penn , PM me.
