Looking for a link for a sturdy coated pier net for saltwater.
Hi;
I'm in the hunt for an online source that sells coated/dipped/rubberized pier drop nets, ideally a 32". I am not in an area where I have access to anyone selling nets nor anyone who will do the coating/dipping. I have looked on EBay, Basspro, and Cabelas and no joy. Anyone have a link?
My daughter got us a really nice crab net that was coated, but at 22" it is small for us to carry on a pier for fish.

Dasabigfish-Ironman is right. I live just down the road from Brunson and the do have 2 sizes of pier nets. They are not pre dipped but he will do it as his time allows. It a Mom/Pop operation with really nice people. I'm sure he will try to accomadate you.

I bought my net there. I replaced the rope when I got home. Get a float for your rope just in case it gets dropped.

I got mine at Wally World. I've had it since '09, no rust and no warping hauling up big fish. Relatively inexpensive.

It's true, you can get cheaper nets at Walmart and J&M, but they have cheaper ropes and are not dipped. The nets at Brunson are stainless, have heavier netting and he'll dip it for you. You get what you pay for!

I bought a nice one at Academy Sports in Foley for $15.99 I think.
I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
