A few things up for sale, Can not get images to load -
I redo vintage rods and Penn reels in between trips, but my racks have become full and I need to make room for more projects. If any one is interested, I will be down the 2nd week of May, 10-23. I will be at the pier most days, but might be able to make other arrangements.
Sale Pending
8" Garcia Conolon, 4 Star - Glass from late 70's early 80's I would say. The rod rating was worn away, but feels like a 12-15lb, medium to medium heavy, slow tip - would make a great rod for pitching live bait or ghost shrimp rod. Guide lay out for a 712, but any 3-4000 series reel should do well.
I sealed the cork and replaced all eyes, . Reel seat was in very good condition. $40
Sale Pending
Late 70's Fenwick, Glass 7'10 Med Heavy. Natural Finish, urethane sealed. Custom Tiger wrap on butt and forgrip section. Fuji low profile seat. Stripping guide is a 40 and works perfect for the 550SSM that is included. The reel is in excellent shape, is a MADE IN USA second gen Penn. Metal body. $125
Star Delux DLX25, 7'6 20-25lb, 3/4 - 2 1/2 oz plug. Heavy Action.
Replaced all guides and Custom Candy Red auto paint. Urethane coated for durability. Stripper is a 50mm, guides set up for 704/706. The 704Z included has new HT100 drags and has an Penn original equipment manual PUM.
I have the bail if you prefer. $150
Sale Pending
Custom Penn 704Z, drilled, polished and sealed w/ Daimond 2x, 3 coats. HT100 drags, new bail stop. Nice smoothe reel. $125
I will gladly send pics if anyone is interested, just direct message me.
I can not get pics to load to this forum.Last edited by RamZ; 05-02-2019 at 07:32 AM.

A really sweet Kunan, 7'6" Spanish and a decent Radbone Hurricane for the original Georgia manufacturer.... A rare treat for an inshore guy.
