Pier Cart Finally Done!!!

The new cart is complete! It took a little longer than expected. My new cart is essentially a custom built street legal trailer. Here are some of the specs.

Overall Dimensions: 30" wide x 54" long
Dry Weight: 200lbs
Suspension: Custom built double eye leaf spring constructed from custom fabricated stainless steel parts.
Body: 30" x 36" custom fiberglass body with molded in wheel wells
Frame: Stainless steel 1" and 2" square tubing

FEATURES:

• 30gal oval live well with lighting, 500 gph recirculation pump, and a high volume (2 liters per minute) aerator. Also capable of running pure oxygen.
• AM/FM/VHF radio
• Custom designed and built 12 volt electrical system with battery isolator, fuse panel, waterproof switches, battery life indicator gauge, and two 12 volt accessory outlets.
• ProMariner® Prosport12 dual bank 12 amp battery charger/maintainer
• Dual batteries
• 8 stainless steel rod holders
• Interior lighting
• Cooler rack designed for a 65qt Yeti
• Replaceable ½" think poly top

Still have a few accessories to add to the interior for organization and the handle for convenience. I plan to fish this weekend so you may get a chance to see it then.

Next order of business is naming it! I think of this cart as a boat and with any boat it needs a name. Hopefully I can get some good ideas from everyone.
