Cast Net Practice
I saw this fellow yesterday at Lagoon Pass trying out his new, and first, cast net. I got the sequence of shots of one of his practice tosses. All was going well till he held the tether rope too long and the net hitting the water as a wad. He had another young fellow coaching him, so hopefully he got the hang of it.

Lol I just got my first cast next last week to catch shad to fish for stripe... well after a day with it my arms felt like jello and I somehow managed to whop the back of my head with some weights and almost fell in the water.... that night I watched a bunch of YouTube videos lol and if got a lot easier. Even caught 2 keeper crappie in one cast/chunk/fling whatever you wanna call it
I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
