That problem carries over to the state level with adnr mr following the fed.
And it is exasperated by the park system outlawing shorebound shark fishing in the park and from the pier.
Alabama needs to relax regulations on blacktip shark, and they need to allow landings on the pier just like any other legal species.
Until this two things happen, the situation will remain dismal and this overpopulation of blacktips will continue to suppress the fishery...
