The last few days Rick busied himself with final details. I wish you all coulda seen him woff down those fish we cooked. He laughed and smiled a lot. You could tell he was glad he'd soon quit hurting. Rick Braves the kemo but unknowingly, the cancer spread from his pancrease to his abdominal area and he and the doctors decided he'd had enough. He loved you guys. Honestly. His beautiful white hair was growing back and I promised him I'd shave um on my next visit. He slipped quietly into a coma before I could. I know where he is. Standing before a golden rail with his left hand clutching a golden fishing rod catching blessings for you ALL.
So very sorry that he has passed. We will all miss his company, but he is no longer hurting.
So sorry to hear --- RIP friend.
Prayers for all his family and friends
Very sad to hear this, he will be truly missed by me , always looked forward to seeing him the days he could make it during my stays.
Always seems to happen to the good guys. I've know Rick for several years and he was always pleasant and smiling. We frequently traded equipment and his was always in top notch shape. I feel privileged to have his Senior cart that I still use set up like he had it.
I will miss my old friend. I know how much he enjoyed fishing the pier and friends he had. I'm proud to have known him as a
friend. Tight lines in heaven Mr. Rick!
If somebody sees the funeral details will you please post them. THANKS!
I loss another good friend Rick I work with him in Mobile Aerospace Engr. and my Co-fisherman. He is a good kind, joker and humble down to earth man. I will miss you Buddy. Rest in Peace.
