Naked people on the pier--

I noticed that the money collected for our Veterans is only at about $300, with the goal being $1,000. Come on, folks, lets put our spare change to work---maybe drop and extra buck every time we go fishing. We owe these folks a hell of a huge debt and this is a small thing to ask, so let's do it. Besides, it's tax deductible.

There were no naked people on the pier today that I saw---just trying to get your attention. Maybe tomorrow.

Last week I was standing a the top of the pier ramp when a girl went to one of the showers down by the foot of the ramp. There weren't many people and she looked all around then took off the top of her bikini for a quick wash---her mommy wrapped a towel around her real quick.

Haywire maybe you should go streaking up and down the pier. That will draw a crowd and open the wallets.

I can't find anything about it on the park's fb page or website.
If anyone wants to donate and can't do it in person, send me a PM and I will send you my address and if you send me the money, I will be glad to take your donation to the pier house for you.

Fin, I must say, though I have only met you one time in person, that you would be one of only a handful of people I would send cash to and think that it would get to the proper place! How long will this go on?

Newts, I'm suspicious that Fin's setting us up for a big score on that money---I mean, just look at his avatar with the dark glasses and what might even be a fake beard. It'd be hard to pick him out of a lineup unless he had that fish with him.

Chillinfish---Me streaking down the pier would burn in mental images that would keep psychiatrists in expensive cars for decades to come. The weak minded might not survive the experience, and I already have all the women chasing after me that I can handle.

No problem David.
I asked Teresa about the link today and she said that is wrong and there is no way to donate on line. So my offer is still good for any out-of-towner who wants to donate.
