Mattb, do you have a way of accurately measuring your 30# test for me?
The best I could do is lifting a 30lb weight. From my understanding, this isn't very scientific.
I was referring to the diameter.:)
I can eyeball it! I could maybe have someone with a magnifying glass look at it.
I have several samples of line around and a high quality micrometer, but I doubt that even a micrometer measurement would yield any results with much meaning. That might even be the problem. It could be that there is no industry standard for measuring line diameter.Quote:

Received some 30# white. It is measuring at .014"/ .35mm. Same as 50# PowerPro.
Maybe we can get some more measurements so that people might know what to order/expect.
