Naw, it would be splattered all over the news if it were.
Like the multi-million dollar boat ramp to nowhere that is 'crooked'.
When (IF?) they open Fort Morgan Pier there will be a big hoopla, and much self back patting...

Fort Morgan- Come for the Scarlett Tanagers and worm eating warblers-stay for the crispy redfish and catfish carcasses! It’s pretty gnarly down there guys!

Maybe they will start on the pier at the park after it's finished.

Checked it last week. They lack railings and a major clean up of the lot as far as I can see. Mr. Thornton,…you’re the man in the know, haha. What’s the scuttlebutt?

“Tell your friends it’s a slow process “ That’s what they told me at the Fort about the pier Went down looking for a black whiskered vireo yesterday -got the lowdown for you guys It’s bad news for piers all around it seems
