Bass fishing in the DELTA?
Is the bass fishing in the Delta any good?
If not, where is the closest area to get a good guided bass fishing trip?
Asking for a friend who is going to visit and fish the bay or Dixey Bar and wants to add some bass fishing.
Thanks in advance for any advice.People are shocked to see sharks in the water around here.
If you see natural water taste it. If it's salty it has sharks in it. If it's fresh it has alligators in it. If it's brackish it has both.

Lake Tarquin is usually pretty good. It is over near Tallahassee Florida.

This is a good time of year for bass fishing on the Mobile Delta.

I saw one yesterday but it was closed mouth. Would not eat anything thrown. I personally know of 3 that have been caught in the last two weeks. No kings yet.
