We caught several flounder at Perdido Pass seawall the week of the 14th, during neap tides. Best bait was Gulp New Penny shrimp, jigging on the north side of the bridge; Some Southern and Gulf flounder, many under-sized, but worth the time and effort.
I caught 5 that measured last week on the pier. I only kept 2 of them, 3 were over 12 inches but so thin you could almost see light through them. Caught them all on live shrimp.
