boat rentals ???
Hey guys, headed down again in Sept. Do any of you know a good place to rent a boat (for fishing the inshore/bay waters? OR...do any of you have a boat and need some help catching some fish. I'm not a crazy psycho or anything just a fisherman looking for some fish. My father-in-law and I usually hire a boat one day when we are down there but figured I'd ask some locals about fishing. We will be fishing the pier as usual but a boat would be really nice. Thanks for your suggestions in advance.

I don't know if GS/OBch has anything like this, but it is an option for you...

Re: boat rentals ???
Another question...
I have a small aluminum boat that would be okay for inshore fishing but was worried about putting it in the salt water. It is an older Johnson motor that has never been in salt water. What is the risk of using it in the bay/inshore? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks! Toby

If you flush the motor and rinse the boat and trailer real good after each dip in the saltwater, you should be fine.

I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
