Thread: Beach Bummin' in a couple of weeks!

Me and a buddy will be down in a couple of weeks. The weekend of July 13-15. We have a camp spot at the State Park...Hope to meet some of you'uns. Hope to be grillin' what we catch!

Propane stove, deep skillet and pot, big jug of oil, cornmeal, salt, pepper, grits, cheese (for the grits), a few loaves of fresh white bread, some cold beverages and you’re all set! :yippee:

i hope you plan to take some groceries with you. the surest way to assure you catch nothing is to depend on eating your catch. been there,done that more than once

Will post camp site # if there are abundant vittles. There will be abundant beverages! I've camped once before down there with the ole church group years ago...I'm looking forward to it! We are aiming to spend lots of time on the pier in two days, and on the beach when it slows down. That camp site will be hooooootttttttttt! Just look for a couple or three dudes that LOOK like they know what they're doing!

Well fellas...our plan changed. A friend of ours has his camper set up in Panama City, so we will be heading down there. I'll post a report from there. We will be at the GSP next month, if not before!
